Once again this year, we received the „Top Employer in the SME Sector“ award.
We used 2021 to make the workplaces of our colleagues more attractive. We purchased height-adjustable desks and invested in new hardware, making it possible for almost everyone to work from home.
In addition, we are endeavouring to agree individual solutions with each colleague regarding working hours in the current times of many restrictions in order to continue to reconcile work and family life.
We are therefore delighted that this work has been recognised!
