New production processes and more flexible production systems are placing ever greater demands on automation systems and therefore also on the software without which the complex processes cannot be mastered.
Our production management systems are real-time-capable, database-based software system solutions that model complex production and process structures. They are used to efficiently control production, take into account all activities required by MESA (Manufacturing Execution Solutions Association) and VDI 5600, combine machine/plant automation on the one hand with enterprise resource planning (ERP) on the other and enable the complete and verifiable traceability of products and resources across the entire production chain from order placement to dispatch.

PMS.Track
Database-based solution for modelling a production process (production steps, routing, systems) for real-time tracking of products/orders in single-item and batch production. The platform offers functions for starting, completing and moving products/orders, as well as setting quality attributes (quarantine, locks). The production process for an order is documented (tracing).
PMS.logging
Database-based solution for logging events, messages and errors from various systems at a central location. The solution supports different log levels and enables the recording of various attributes of the error source for the correct assignment of the error.
PMS.PrintProcessor
Solution for the automated printing of production labels, order slips and other production-relevant documents. Supports the printing of barcodes and 2D codes commonly used in the industry and the writing of RFID labels. Any printer can be controlled (directly via ZPL or indirectly via the Windows printer interface). The solution offers various interfaces (e.g. SQL and WCF interface) for requesting print jobs and providing data to the service. Print templates assigned to the print job are designed with the help of an external designer.
PMS.clip test
PMS.Cliptest is a software that, in conjunction with special switches, enables the wireless recording and evaluation of these mechanically actuated buttons. Details (here is the link to https://www.cliptest.de)
PMS.Archiving
Database-based, configurable solution for moving table contents to an archive database.
PMS.operator
Framework solution for the customised provision of production/manufacturing clients. The platform enables the integration of customised interfaces that can be tailored to the respective production process (e.g. rework stations, quality gates, display of work instructions).
PMS.UA
Communication platform for connecting systems via OPC UA (industry standard). The platform supports method calls from a control system, for example. These can be forwarded to a database. Application examples include recipe transmission, order transmission to a control system and booking consumption from a control system.
Web platform PMS.QL
Web application framework with integrated logging, authentication, localisation and authorisation, as well as documentation/article management as a basic application for the creation of customised web solutions for e.g. reporting, configuration, administration, tracking, tracing, master data management, productivity evaluations and much more.
The commissioning of the applications supplied by us is an integral part of the projects. Our customers operate internationally. Over the years, our technicians and engineers have therefore been deployed worldwide as a matter of course.
We start with the commissioning work even before delivery.
Detailed test plans agreed with the customer in the test environment ensure that we can concentrate fully on the process-relevant settings, optimisations and acceptance tests later on site. This saves costs and ensures a high level of operational reliability.
All applications supplied by MAR fulfil the technical requirements for remote maintenance via the Internet. This is now standard and a basic requirement for high availability with greatly reduced downtimes.
