This year, we again received the "Top Employer in Medium-Sized Businesses" award.
We used 2021 to make our colleagues' workplaces more attractive. For example, we purchased height-adjustable desks and invested in new hardware, making home office possible for almost everyone.
In addition, in the current period with many restrictions, we are making every effort to agree individual solutions with each colleague regarding working hours in order to continue to reconcile job and family.
