Job description:
Administration / office organization in general:
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, telephone service
- Supervision of company vehicles, organization of business trips, processing of travel expense reports
- Management of vacation and attendance lists
- Procurement of office and advertising materials
- Maintenance of the customer/supplier file
- Supervision of visits and organization of company events
- Organization of further training and business trips
- Preparation and follow-up of work consultations (offer statistics, appointments, minutes)
Support in controlling and accounting, management systems
- Support in preparing offers and obtaining offers from suppliers
- Order creation, organization and invoicing in the ERP system
- Supporting the management with controlling issues
- General support for project processing
- Template management and maintenance
Requirements profile / qualification
Office clerk or related profession
- Strong oral and written communication skills in German, English desirable
- Enjoy varied work tasks in a dynamic technical environment
- Confident handling of the common Office 365 applications
- Experience in working with ERP systems desirable
