We are hiring: Team Leader Automation m/f/d
Your tasks:- Management and further development of a team of 10 automation engineers and technicians
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of automation projects
- Ensuring the timely and high-quality implementation of projects
- Development and implementation of automation solutions to optimize production processes
- Close cooperation with other departments to identify and implement automation potentials
- Training and support for team members on technical issues and project requirements
- Continuous improvement of processes and technologies within the team
- Completed studies in the field of engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of automation, ideally in a management position
- Sound knowledge of project planning and management
- Experience with modern automation technologies and systems, in particular Siemens, Wago, Aveva, PLC, SCADA and control systems
- Experience in the visualization of processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
