Our production management systems are real-time capable, database-based software system solutions as a model representation of complex production and process structures. They serve the efficient control of production, take into account all activities required by MESA (Manufacturing Execution Solutions Association) and according to VDI 5600, link machine/plant automation on the one hand with enterprise resource planning (ERP) on the other, and enable the complete and verifiable traceability of products and resources throughout the entire production chain from order placement to shipping.

PMS.Track
Database-based solution for modeling a manufacturing flow (manufacturing steps, routing, assets) for real-time tracking of products/orders in single piece and batch manufacturing. The platform provides functions for starting, finishing, moving products/orders, as well as setting quality attributes (quarantine, locks). The production process for an order is documented (tracing).
PMS.Logging
Database-based solution for logging events, messages and errors from various systems to a central location. The solution supports different log levels and allows capturing different attributes of the error source for correct assignment of the error.
PMS.PrintProcessor
Solution for automated printing of production labels, order slips and other production-related documents. Supports the printing of barcodes and 2D codes commonly used in the industry and the writing of RFID labels. Any printer can be controlled (directly via ZPL or indirectly via the Windows printer interface). The solution offers various interfaces (e.g. SQL and WCF interface) for requesting print jobs and providing data to the service. Print templates assigned to the print job are designed using an external designer.
PMS.Cliptest
PMS.Cliptest is a software that, in conjunction with special switches, enables the wire-free acquisition and evaluation of these mechanically actuated buttons. Details (here the link to https://www.cliptest.de)
PMS.Archiving
Database-based, configurable solution for moving table contents to an archive database.
PMS.Operator
Framework solution for the individual provision of production/manufacturing clients. The platform enables the integration of individual interfaces that can be tailored to the respective production process (e.g. rework stations, quality gates, display of work instructions).
PMS.UA
Communication platform for the connection of plants via OPC UA (industry standard). The platform supports method calls from e.g. a controller. These can be passed on to a database. Application examples are e.g. recipe transmission, order transmission to a controller, as well as bookings of consumptions from a controller.
Web platform PMS.QL
Web application framework with integrated logging, authentication, localization and authorization, as well as documentation/article management as a basic application for the creation of customized web solutions for e.g. reporting, configuration, administration, tracking, tracing, master data management, productivity evaluations and much more.
The commissioning of the applications supplied by us is an integral part of the projects. Our customers operate internationally. Therefore, worldwide deployments of our technicians and engineers have become a matter of course over the years.
Even before delivery, we start the commissioning work.
Detailed test plans agreed with the customer already ensure in the test environment that we can later concentrate fully on the process-relevant settings, optimizations and acceptances on site. This saves costs and ensures high operational reliability.
All applications supplied by MAR have the technical requirements for remote maintenance via the Internet. Today, this is standard and a basic requirement for high availability with greatly reduced downtimes.
