We realize customer-specific complete solutions and offer a product and manufacturer-neutral execution as far as the software and hardware to be used is concerned. Predominantly we rely on flexible PLC-based control systems, which can be supplemented as required by powerful control systems with comprehensive operating, machine and fault data acquisition.

Our range of services is completed by integrated, project-specific low-voltage switchgear as well as assembly, installation, commissioning and service.

Process control systems

• Process control systems have become an indispensable part of modern and efficient production.

• We tailor them individually and precisely to your requirements on the basis of future-proof standards.

• When deploying the necessary hardware and software, we take into account both industry-specific requirements and special conditions for plant expansions and modernization measures.

• Process visualizations support you in the complete operation and observation of the entire plant. All important information (operating data, recipes, fault messages, etc.) is available online and can be parameterized or archived accordingly if required.

• Special database connections for the acquisition of even very large amounts of data in real time create the prerequisite for the realization of complex interactive online production management systems.

Programmable logic controllers (PLC)

We develop the vast majority of our automation solutions on the basis of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) from different manufacturers that are available on the market. Such systems are "open" to the greatest possible extent, thus guaranteeing a high degree of investment security and are cost-effective both in terms of introduction and in terms of maintenance and administration.

However, certain use cases can often only be realized by means of high-level language or database programming due to their specificity (e.g. performance problems). Programs developed by MAR are the result of many years of experience and innovation to meet your specific requirements.

Assembly and installation

If requested by you, we also realize the assembly / installation of both the project-related hardware supplied by us and the customer-provided hardware. Depending on the type and scope as well as location, we use the support of reliable partners who are specialized in the execution of such services.

Commissioning and services

The commissioning of the hardware and software supplied by us is an integral part of the projects. Our customers are internationally active. Therefore, worldwide assignments of our technicians and engineers have become a matter of course over the years. Even before delivery, we start with the commissioning work. Detailed test plans agreed with the customer ensure that we can concentrate fully on the process-relevant adjustments, optimizations and acceptance tests in our workshops. This saves costs and ensures high operational reliability. All process, machine and plant control systems supplied by MAR have the technical prerequisites for remote maintenance via the Internet. Today, this is standard and a basic requirement for high availability with greatly reduced downtimes.
